Purpose
The purpose of the Crossover Experience is to utilize basketball as a vehicle to teach youth how to change directions on the court as well as in life. We seek to strengthen adolescent growth, grow a sustainable amount of adolescents into versatile athletes, cultivate leadership, and foster respect for all.
Mission
The mission of the Crossover Experience is to improve the quality of adolescent life through a balance of basketball and real life training. We are striving to unlock the potential of each individual child by building and sustaining healthy communities. The Crossover Experience seeks to develop the total person, mind and body, through character development programs that build strong children, strong basketball skills, and strong leaders. We’re aiming to create a place where players have a positive atmosphere and where young athletes who want to be better basketball players have the opportunity to get better. The Crossover Experience is the vehicle that provides that opportunity for players to take their game to the next level. We exist to make a positive difference in the lives of our players. Our goal is to develop happy, healthy and confident players, while directing them to be headstrong, positive and potential leaders. We strive to provide a safe, fun and successful experience for every player.
